The D&B Piano Duo is one of today’s most prominent and exciting piano duos, formed by the internationally acclaimed Croatian pianists Dubravka Vukalović and Bruno Vlahek. Hailed by music critics for the "masterful pianism of an exciting young couple," the duo is celebrated globally for their exceptional musical harmony, structural depth, and seamless interpretative dialogue. They have performed worldwide—from Berlin, Amsterdam, London, and New York, across Dubai, Geneva, and Barcelona, to Monte Carlo and Shenzhen. In 2013, they won a prize at the prestigious International Piano Duo Competition in Monte Carlo, and that same year they began a highly successful concert tour of China, where critics particularly highlighted the “brilliant virtuosity of their musical dialogue.” The duo's repertoire includes original works, arrangements for two pianos and piano four-hands, as well as works by contemporary composers, several of which were dedicated specifically to them.
