Child safety standards

Classicspark, developed and published on Google Play by Qubits Technologies SpA, is a professional classical-music community. We apply a zero-tolerance policy to child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
Prohibited conduct and content
Classicspark strictly prohibits any use of the service to create, upload, store, share, request, promote or facilitate CSAE or CSAM.
- Sexualisation or sexual abuse of a minor.
- Grooming or befriending a minor for sexual purposes.
- Requesting, exchanging or threatening to disclose sexual images of a minor, including sextortion.
- Advertising, solicitation or trafficking of a minor for sexual exploitation.
- Any attempt to evade safeguards, moderation or law-enforcement action related to child safety.
How to report a concern
Users can submit a report through the reporting and help options provided by Classicspark. Child-safety concerns may also be sent directly to our designated contact. Include the profile, conversation, channel or content involved and do not forward or attach illegal imagery.

When Classicspark obtains actual knowledge of suspected CSAE or CSAM, the safety team reviews the report promptly and may:
- Restrict access to or remove the reported content.
- Suspend or terminate involved accounts and preserve information needed for the investigation.
- Take steps to prevent repeat distribution or further contact.
- Report confirmed CSAM and relevant information to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or the competent regional or national authority, as applicable.
- Cooperate with lawful requests from competent authorities.
Compliance with child-safety laws
Classicspark follows applicable child-safety laws and maintains processes for escalation, evidence preservation and reporting to the relevant authorities. These standards apply worldwide to all users and all areas of the service.
Privacy and confidentiality
Reports are handled on a need-to-know basis. Personal information is processed according to the Classicspark Privacy Policy and may be disclosed when required to protect a child, comply with law or cooperate with competent authorities. Privacy.
Immediate danger
If a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or law enforcement first. Do not rely only on an online report.
